ORPHANAGE KA BA?
Ceaseli Dennis Desquitado
The steady increase of teenage pregnancies in the Philippines has reached an alarming stage. Morality aside, the life of every mothers immature body will not only suffer from congenital disabilities & behavioral issues but might as well irresponsible parenthood later on. Sure enough there are lot of reasons & factors affecting unintended pregnancy at the very young age. And as a part of the society thats suffering from this deep- rooted problem we must create awareness or at least make prevention. It is undeniable that ARTWORK has become part of the lives of teenagers nationwide. A lot of them or should I say us, enjoy wearing cool stuff from their line. Even a lot of those young mothers are wearing those stuffs too. So the designer created this design in the hopes of contributing to a more meaningful relationship between ARTWORK & its consumers. Although the design is a lot serious in meaning, it is still based from ARTWORKs cool pallette, not ignoring social problems.
MANGO WITH BAGOONG
Rainer Ma. F. Cruz
My t-shirt design attempts to show that a culture can be experienced through its cuisine. I want to translate that into visual form. I choose the green mango with bagoong as a representation of Pinoy culture because of its popularity among Filipinos. This visual representation animated the green mango and it looks as if it has a life of its own. It spilled out of the wearer showing the Filipino culture within.
OUTRAGE
Reu Dawner A. Flores
Expression of anger cultured in bitterness, hostility and outburst, create a dark facade outlined by furrows and skinfolds, stretching its guilt-inducing accusations.
ISOLATION HUNT
Joza Myrene L. Nada
I was inspired by the idea of interpreting isolation as a feeling and a space. As a feeling, we have different views- some people relate it with sadness, while others associate it with contentment. The characters are based on people who have either chosen isolation or were driven to it. As a space, I wanted to create a unit that represents a "gap" between people, a private space where corners do not exist and time is never measured.
STRIPED-MOUTH
Chelsi Kaye B. Veneracion
"There's a light that never goes out" particularly says or means that there's always hope in everything you do. You just need somegood motivation on it. These lyrics came from the famous band The Smiths way back 1970's, which is also an original soundtrack (OST ) from the movie 500 Days of Summer which happens to be one of my favorites.
UMARAW MAN O UMULAN
Valerie Jan U. Villaflor
Ang magkaibigan, umaraw man o umulan magkasama parin!
HAIR
Maria Marielle G. Mapugay
Her hair symbolizes all her problems in life. Though they're tangled and covering her, she still has her feet planted on the ground, and wears a pretty bow. :)
SNEAK A PEEK
Irene Joy C. Francisco
Every window represents the eyes. What we see outside...soon will die. Our environment is at risk, yet we are so unaware of this. What can we do to save this world? How can we fix these branches so tangled and twirled? These questions will be left unanswered unless we sneak a peek .

CANNED LOVE
Daniel R. Dela Cruz
The only love you keep is the love you give away. Everyone wants to be loved but only a few take the elusive first step, to love.In my life journey, so far, Ive noticed that theres a greater fear of risk of the unknown than anything else; the fear of love unrequited than hate. In time, we learn that we long for love not because we are empty vessels yearning to be filled but rather springs of life overflowing with it. We just dont know it yet. Those who take the risk and sincerely give their heart away find that love echoed back to them. Proving that no matter how frightening the risk...its always worth it.
PALIMOS NG PUSO
Ivan A. Cruz
Why 1 Peso coin? - Because for me it is a unique way of representing our culture, and it is something which every Filipino can relate to. - Money purchases modernity, which leads to culture loss. Urbanization has been the factor why Filipino tradition has been sinking through these years. Philippines is not a wealthy country in terms of money, but it is indeed wealthy in terms of tradition. I want to remind every Filipino the tradition, symbols, and traits that made our country known for all over the world. Pusong Pinoy ika nga.

IMAGINE
Allen Louies S. Nabablit
All the things he said.
JOSE RIZAL Jr.
Ruben M. Felizarte Jr.

Jan Yolec M. Homecillo
JEEPNYTRON
Ruther Danno B. Villalba
Originally made from post-war US military jeeps, this four-wheeled vehicle has become the most popular means of transportation in the Philippines. A frequent commuter myself, I observed how jeepney's have changed through the course of time, as well people's shared experiences in everyday traveling. Drawing inspiration from my daily experiences as a commuter around the bustling city of Cebu, I came up with a design that depicts an ordinary scene in one of the citys busiest routes. The jeepney's modern look takes inspiration from the Autobots in the film Transformers. Hence, the name Jeepneytron.
A NEW BREED
Freidreich Simon C. Layno
People throughout time are so obsessed with ideals. We have standards for what is beautiful, sexy, smart, right and perfect. And if something, or someone fails to level with these standards, we treat them with low regard. For me, if people would be less attached to their standards, and just go with wherever life lets them flow, then there would be no trouble appreciating this world and other people. We should look at things with less judgement, and more wonder, unmindful of other's shape, size or color...
ON BEAUTY
Lalaine P. Alipio
Beauty is not a need but an ecstasy. It is not a mouth thirsting nor an empty hand stretched forth. It is not the image you would see nor the song you would hear but rather an image you see though you close your eyes and a song you hear though you shut your ears.
BULB SETTING
Princess Faith C. Millevo
Bulb setting is a term used in photography. In my design the bulb which brings life represents a good personality of a person. In the bible there is a verse saying that "We are the light of the world".Setting- the bulb will never give light itself if no one set it on, so this means God created us to live in this earth as an inspiration to others and do things to the glory of our Lord. Another symbolism for the setting is the application of good attitude of the person so he may be a light/ good influence to the society.
YOU WIN...NOTHING!!!
Raymund C. Quitiquit

SIMPLENG PAMUMUHAY
Ma. Celiene P. Odsinada
WHEN IT RAINS. IT POURS...AND IT PIERCES
Lambert L. Angeles
"Bumabagyo lang, ang Bitter?" Gawin nating Sweeter.. Thats the perfect positive attitude the Filipinos showed after the devastating typoon Pedring, Quiel and the recent Ramon. Though they left damages an some phases of the Philippines and pierces on the faces of the Filipinos, they still remain strong, positive and never forgot to put a smile in their faces... "when it rains, it pours ika nga, ipagpasalamat nalang".
ROOT JUICE
